目的 :探讨低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射加复方丹参静脉滴注治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :在神经内科传统治疗的基础上加用低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射和丹参治疗 10 0例脑梗死 (研究组 ) ,并设有相应的对照组。治疗前后作血液流变学和血脂有关指标测定。结果 :研究组有效率 81.3% ,对照组 6 2 .4 % ,两组比较有显著差异性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;实验室指标有相应的变化。结论 :低能量He-Ne激光血管内照加丹参静脉滴注是治疗急性脑梗死的一种优良方法。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation plus compound Salvia miltiorrhiza infusion on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 10 cases of cerebral infarction (study group) were treated with low-energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation and Salvia miltiorrhiza on the basis of traditional neurological treatment. Corresponding control groups were also established. Before and after treatment for blood rheology and blood lipid-related indicators measured. Results: The effective rate of the study group was 81.3% and that of the control group was 62.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The laboratory indexes had corresponding changes. Conclusion: Intravenous administration of low energy He-Ne laser with intravenous infusion of Salvia miltiorrhiza is an excellent method for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
