在山东省胶东半岛的广大农村地区,单层钢筋混凝土平顶厢房(该地区俗称平房,以下也简称平房)是很普遍的。这种房子一般作为辅助用房布置在院落的东、西或南侧,外墙兼作院墙,房子较矮,不影响正房的采光和通风。屋内用以放置农具、储存粮食、饲料等。利用平屋顶晾晒粮食,则是其受欢迎的主要原因。但由于材料、经济等方面的原因,平房不经专业人员进行设计,故存在诸多不合理、不安全因素。现综述如下: 一、存在的问题 (一)墙体布置
