目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达与树突状细胞(DC)分布的关系。方法 46例原发性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)冰冻组织切片经抗VEGF,抗CD83抗体免疫组化染色,以观察NSCLC组织中CD83 阳性之DC的密度及VEGF的表达强度,并分析两者的相关性。结果 VEGF免疫组化染色显示46例肿瘤标本中阴性者16例,1+ 者13例,2+ 者5 例,3+ 者6 例,4+ 者6例;按每个高倍视野所见阳性细胞估计NSCLC肺组织中DC密度,显示VEGF表达强度与CD83 阳性细胞密度具有很好的负相关性。比较NSCLC临床期次与DC 密度及VEGF表达的关系,发现随着肿瘤临床期次的提高,NSCLC肺组织中VEGF的表达则明显升高,而DC密度显著降低。结论 VEGF的表达与肺癌组织中DC含量呈明显的负相关,VEGF表达强者其组织中DC密度明显降低
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the distribution of dendritic cells (DCs) in non-small cell lung cancer tissues. Methods Forty-six cases of primary non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) frozen tissue sections were immunohistochemically stained with anti-VEGF and anti-CD83 antibodies to observe the density of CD83-positive DCs and the expression intensity of VEGF in NSCLC tissues. Correlation. Results Immunohistochemical staining of VEGF showed 16 cases of negative tumors in 46 cases, 13 cases in 1+, 5 cases in 2+, 6 cases in 3+ cases, and 6 cases in 4+ cases; positive cells were seen in each high-power field. Estimates of DC density in NSCLC lung tissue show a good negative correlation between VEGF expression intensity and CD83 positive cell density. Comparing the clinical stage of NSCLC with the relationship between DC density and VEGF expression, it was found that with the increase of the clinical stage of tumor, the expression of VEGF in lung tissue of NSCLC was significantly increased, while the density of DC was significantly reduced. Conclusions The expression of VEGF is negatively correlated with the DC content in lung cancer tissues. The density of DC in tissues with strong VEGF expression is significantly reduced.
