研究了有机磷农药净地灵对大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P450、细胞色素b5、苯胺羟化酶及全血胆碱酯酶活性的影响。结果表明:以净地灵1mg/kg灌胃,每天1次,连续1周后,对大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P450有明显抑制作用,对细胞色素b5和苯胺羟化酶无显著影响。大鼠按净地灵1mg/kg经口1次授药后,对全血胆碱酯酶活性影响的时相效应表明,其最大抑制作用是在授药后2h,授药后24h胆碱酯酶活性基本恢复至正常水平。根据在亚慢性实验中期(45d)和结束时(90d)分别测定各组动物全血胆碱酯酶活性的结果,表明该农药对大鼠的最大无作用剂量为0.05mg/kg。
