为准确了解某高拱坝坝段混凝土中期通水冷却降温影响因素的敏感性及其最优温控措施,采用有限元仿真分析方法,定性定量分析了中期降温阶段冷却水通水流量、通水温度、通水时长、混凝土单层层厚对坝段混凝土日降温速率的影响程度,发现通水流量及通水温度影响最大;进而构建了混凝土日降温速率与通水流量、通水温度之间的非线性回归方程,从定量角度给出了最优温控措施;这可为同类工程中期降温阶段的温控措施提供参考依据。
In order to accurately understand the sensibility of the influencing factors of concrete cooling and cooling in mid-stage of a high arch dam and the optimal temperature control measures, the finite element simulation analysis method was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the cooling water flow rate, The influence of temperature, water flow time and thickness of single layer of concrete on the daily cooling rate of concrete in dam section is analyzed. It is found that the influence of water flow rate and water flow temperature is the greatest. And then the daily cooling rate, water flow rate, The nonlinear regression equation is given and the optimal temperature control measures are given from the perspective of quantitative analysis. This provides a reference for the temperature control measures in the mid-stage cooling stage of similar projects.
