为保证飞机的飞行安全和出勤率要求,必须随时掌握机载设备的工作状况,以便及时排除故障。为此,对机载设备必须有测试性要求。测试性是指设备/系统的提供及时确定其状态并隔离其故障的一种设计特性,是维修性的一个重要组成部分。好的测试性不仅可大大减少故障查找与隔离时间,提高可用性水平,而且还会影响到整个系统的采购和使用费用。测试性是美国军用标准中对机载设备的要求之一。
In order to ensure the flight safety and attendance requirements, we must keep abreast of the working conditions of airborne equipment in order to promptly eliminate the fault. For this reason, there must be testability requirements for airborne equipment. Testability refers to the design features of a device / system that provide its status and isolate its faults in time and are an important part of maintainability. Good testability can not only greatly reduce the troubleshooting and isolation time, improve the level of availability, but also affect the procurement and use of the entire system costs. Testability is one of the requirements for airborne equipment in U.S. military standards.
