对 2 4例 、 期原发乳腺癌进行研究 ,通过自肿瘤缘至乳头中心每隔 0 .5 cm作切片 ,确定肿瘤浸润距离 ,观察到肿瘤大小 ,肿瘤分期与浸润距离无明显相关关系。同时通过肿瘤位置与乳头浸润关系的研究 ,研究结果表明肿瘤位置距乳头越近 ,乳头受累机率越大 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 、 期乳腺癌肿瘤浸润距离均局限在 2 .5 cm以内。临床手术中无需过分扩大手术切除范围 ,应根据肿瘤浸润距离及肿瘤与乳头的位置关系采用不同的术式。
A total of 24 cases of primary breast cancer were studied. The tumor was infiltrated every 0.5 cm from the edge of the tumor to the center of the nipple. The tumor infiltration distance was determined. The size of the tumor was observed. There was no significant correlation between the tumor stage and the infiltration distance. At the same time, through the study of the relationship between tumor location and nipple infiltration, the results showed that the closer the tumor location is to the nipple, the greater the chance of papillary involvement (P<0.05). The invasive distances of breast cancer and breast cancer were both within 2.5 cm. In clinical surgery, it is not necessary to over-extend the scope of surgical resection. Different surgical procedures should be used depending on the distance of tumor invasion and the position of the tumor and the nipple.
