通常子宫动脉选择性插管采取Seldinger技术经皮股动脉穿刺、置鞘、插管[1~3],以Cobra或者Robert导管进行。造影取正位或左右斜位显示子宫动脉[1,2,4~7]。该方法有如下缺陷:股动脉途径操作时术者手、臂部接近盆腔易受辐射;②正位或左右斜位均不能很好显示子宫动脉开口及起始段;
Usually uterine artery selective cannulation Seldinger technique percutaneous femoral artery puncture, sheath, catheter [1 ~ 3], to Cobra or Robert catheter. Angiography take the right or left oblique display uterine artery [1,2,4 ~ 7]. The method has the following defects: when the femoral artery is in operation, the hand and arm of the surgeon are close to the pelvic cavity and are easily exposed to radiation; ② the anteroposterior or right and left oblique position can not well show the opening and the initial segment of the uterine artery;
