患者女,50岁。1997年3月10日就诊。主诉:左侧进行性鼻塞伴鼻衄10余年,加重一个月。体检,一般情况好,颈部淋巴结无肿大。左鼻腔下鼻甲前端有一孤立的菜花洋肿块,约1.5×1.5×1.2cm,呈粉红色,质硬,有蒂。在局麻下行肿块摘除术,蒂部电灼止血,鼻腔明胶海绵填塞。肿块送病理检查,肿瘤为梭形细胞组成,细胞质嗜酸性,有纵形条纹,细胞核细长,无核
