目的:通过比较不同位置足球运动员身体形态、有氧和无氧能力的差异,探讨男子大学生足球运动员不同位置身体形态特征和运动能力,为校园足球运动的有效选材提供理论与实践依据。方法:以辽宁师范大学21名男子大学生优秀足球运动员为测试对象,测量身高、体重、最大摄氧量、最大摄氧量平台期、最大功率和疲劳指数。结果:守门员在身体形态和有氧能力方面与其他位置运动员存在显著性差异;在相对最大功率上,前卫较前锋高,守门员较前卫、后卫低,且具有显著性差异。结论:男子大学生足球运动员运动能力存在位置特征,在选材中守门员身高、体重指标最好较其他位置运动员高,前卫和后卫也需要具有一定的身体对抗性;有氧能力高的运动员最好担任前卫和后卫;无氧能力高的运动员担任前卫和后卫,其次是前锋,有助于发挥自身优势。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the difference of body shape, aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity of soccer players in different positions to discuss the physical characteristics and sports ability of male college football players in different positions so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the effective selection of soccer in campus. Methods: Totally 21 elite male soccer players in Liaoning Normal University were used as test objects to measure height, weight, maximal oxygen uptake, maximum oxygen uptake stage, maximum power and fatigue index. Results: The goalkeeper had significant differences in body shape and aerobic capacity with other position athletes. At the relative maximum power, the avant-garde was higher than the forward, the goalkeeper was more avant-garde, the defender was lower, and had significant difference. Conclusion: The male college football players’ athletic ability exists the position characteristic. The goalkeeper height and weight index in the selection are better than the other position athletes. The avant-garde and the defender also need some physical antagonism. The athlete with high aerobic capacity is best as the avant-garde And guard; anaerobic high-speed athletes as avant-garde and defender, followed by forward, help to play their own advantages.
