氨噻三嗪头孢菌素(Ceftriaxone,Ro13-9940)是近年所发展的第三代头孢菌素之一,其血清半衰期为6.5～8.6小时,长于所有的头孢菌素类抗生素。经大量临床分离所得的革兰氏阴性杆菌对本药的敏感性测定后,作者试用本药临床治疗各种细菌感染以估价其效果。任何成人确诊有各种严重细菌感染者被选入本临床研究。采集各种有关标本作细菌培养以分离确认病原菌,并测定其对本药的敏感性。以氨噻三嗪头孢菌素1克加生理盐
Ceftriaxone (Ro13-9940) is one of the third generation cephalosporins developed in recent years with a serum half-life of 6.5-8.6 hours, longer than all cephalosporin antibiotics. After a large number of clinical isolates of Gram-negative bacilli after the sensitivity of the drug determination, the author trial of the drug clinical treatment of various bacterial infections to assess its effectiveness.
