有不少乙肝患者担心生育会加重病情,同时害怕将体内的乙肝病毒传给下一代。解放军302医院中西医结合肺病科的医学博士刘士敬表示,这些担心是有一定道理的,如果乙肝患者不掌握正确的生育时机和方法,确实会带来很多不良后果。刘博士同时指出,只要在怀孕前后及分娩后采取正确的预防措施,母体中的乙肝病毒向宝宝的传播是可以被阻断的。
