目的 :探讨三种衣原体感染与人类角膜结膜炎之间的关系。方法 :应用套式PCR(nPCR)技术对 10 2例临床诊断为活动期结膜炎或角结膜炎的三种衣原体眼拭子标本进行沙眼衣原体 (CT)、鹦鹉热衣原体 (CPs)及肺炎衣原体 (CPn)联合检测。结果 :10 2例角膜结膜炎中CT阳性检出率为 17.6 5 % (18/ 10 2 ) ,CPs阳性检出率为 6 .86 % (7/ 10 2 ) ,并有两眼被检出CPn阳性 (占 1.96 % )。结论 :人类角膜结膜炎与CT密切相关 ,并与CPs、CPn亦有一定的关系
Objective: To investigate the relationship between three kinds of chlamydial infection and human keratoconjunctivitis. Methods: Three sets of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Chlamydia trachomatis (CP) and Chlamydia pneumoniae (C. pneumoniae) were retrospectively analyzed in 10 2 cases of clinically diagnosed as active conjunctivitis or keratoconjunctivitis using nested PCR (nPCR) CPn) joint detection. Results: The positive rate of CT in 10 2 cases of keratoconjunctivitis was 17.6 5% (18/10 2), and the positive rate of CPs was 6 .86% (7/10 2). Two eyes were detected with CPn Positive (1.96%). Conclusion: Human keratoconjunctivitis is closely related to CT, and has some relationship with CPs and CPn
