[目的]了解吸毒人群HIV感染情况,探索符合实际的艾滋病防治模式,更好地指导下一步艾滋病防治工作。[方法]对1989~2008年在巍山县戒毒所戒毒的吸毒人员HIV感染检测资料进行分析。[结果]1989~1995年合计检测1 419人次,均未检出抗-HIV阳性者。1996~2008年合计检测2 110人次,阳性390人次,阳性率为18.48%。抗-HIV阳性率,1996~2008年分别为14.60%、48.36%、30.00%、26.00%、14.16%、13.00%、11.93%、21.80%、14.62%、16.25%、16.39%、18.07%、10.56%。1996~2008年抗-HIV平均检测阳性率,静脉吸毒人员为38.40%,口吸毒人员为6.57%(P<0.01);男性为18.69%,女性为12.50%(P>0.05);<20岁为17.91%,20~29岁为19.05%,30~39岁为17.89%,>40岁为16.67%(P>0.05)。1996~2008年巍山县戒毒所戒毒的吸毒人群中合计检出HIV感染者265例。其中,静脉吸毒者占92.83%,口吸毒人员占7.17%;男性占97.36%,女性占7例占2.64%;<20岁、20~29岁、30~39岁、>40岁的分别占6.04%、53.96%、36.60%、3.40%。265例HIV感染者中,64例目前已经成为艾滋病病人,53例已经因艾滋病死亡。[结论]巍山县吸毒人群抗-HIV阳性率较高,是艾滋病的高危人群。
[Objective] To understand the status of HIV infection among drug addicts and to explore a practical AIDS prevention and treatment model to better guide the next AIDS prevention and control work. [Methods] The HIV infection data of drug addicts in drug detoxification in Weishan County detoxification center from 1989 to 2008 were analyzed. [Results] The total number of tests was 1 419 from 1989 to 1995, but no anti-HIV was detected. From 1996 to 2008, a total of 2 110 people were tested, 390 were positive and the positive rate was 18.48%. The positive rate of anti-HIV was 14.60%, 48.36%, 30.00%, 26.00%, 14.16%, 13.00%, 11.93%, 21.80%, 14.62%, 16.25%, 16.39%, 18.07% and 10.56% . The average positive rate of anti-HIV in 1996-2008 was 38.40% for intravenous drug users and 6.57% for drug abusers in mouths (P <0.01), 18.69% for males and 12.50% for females (P> 0.05) 17.91%, 19.05% in 20-29 years old, 17.89% in 30-39 years old and 16.67%> 40 years old (P> 0.05). From 1996 to 2008, 265 cases of HIV-infected persons were detected in drug addicts in Weishan County Drug Treatment Center. Among them, intravenous drug users accounted for 92.83%, oral drug users accounted for 7.17%; men accounted for 97.36%, women accounted for 7 cases accounted for 2.64%; <20 years old, 20-29 years old, 30-39 years old,> 40 years old accounted for 6.04 %, 53.96%, 36.60%, 3.40%. Of 265 HIV-infected patients, 64 have now become AIDS patients and 53 have died of AIDS. [Conclusion] The positive rate of anti-HIV in the drug users in Weishan County is high, which is a high risk group of AIDS.
