本文通过对大连外轮理货有限公司的三大业务板块具体业务操作进行深入分析,使得操作人员月度奖金均实现了按作业量分配,在量化奖金分配的基础上,实施全员绩效考核,实现了真正意义上的奖金和个人业绩挂钩,多劳多得,少劳少得,不劳不得,从而调动了员工的工作积极性,激发了工作热情,提升了公司的战略执行力。
