基于“五位一体”顶层设计成果,设计流程监控规则及指标体系,构建端到端流程分析模型,接入业务系统明细数据,建设基于“五位一体”业务流程为核心的绩效分析,监测企业管理五要素-流程、标准、制度、考核、职责执行状况,从流程整体、环节、岗位、协同性等四个方面,从数量、质量、效率、效益四个维度,有效评估“三集五大”体系相关部分的运转情况,提出流程优化、专业管理提升的建议,为绩效考核部门实施的公司内部考核提供有关依据,通过数据挖掘与流程优化相结合,挖掘绩效潜力,加强过程层精益化管理,为企业运营“提速、增值”。
