目的探讨精密过滤输液器输液在基层医院心内科患者中的临床效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法 500例心内科患者,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各250例。对照组采用一次性普通输液器输液,观察组采用一次性精密过滤输液器输液,比较两组输液效果及对并发症发生率的影响。结果观察组静脉输液时4例发生静脉炎,发生率为1.60%;对照组15例发生静脉炎,发生率为6.00%,两组输液时静脉炎发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1~2 d留针率高于对照组,3~5 d、>5 d留针率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基层医院心内科患者中采用精密过滤输液器输液治疗效果理想,能缩短留置针时间,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the impact on the complication rate of precision fluid infusions infusion in cardiology department of primary hospital. Methods 500 cases of cardiology patients, according to random number method divided into control group and observation group, 250 cases each. The control group used a one-time infusion of common infusion, the observation group using a one-time precision infusion transfusion fluid, the infusion effect of two groups were compared and the impact on the incidence of complications. Results In the observation group, phlebitis occurred in 4 cases and the incidence rate was 1.60%. Phlebitis occurred in 15 cases in the control group with a incidence rate of 6.00%. There was significant difference in phlebitis incidence between the two groups (P <0.05 ). The rate of needle retention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 1 ~ 2 d, and the rate of needle retention at 3 ~ 5 d and> 5 d was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Primary cardiac hospital patients with precision infusion filter infusion infusion treatment effect is ideal, can shorten the indwelling needle time and reduce the incidence of complications, it is worth promoting the application.
