经常遇到的问题是如何测定旋转轴和轧辊的表面温度。实践证明温度传感器放进那样的部位常常是不可能的或者会出现某些困难,特别是要放入现有的机械里就更是如此。此外,在工业装置旋转机械部件的温度数据传输方面还存在不少问题。为此,在许多场合曾试用辐射高温计作非接触温度测量来解决这样的测量问题。可是这种方法同样有一些难以克服的困难,特别是在表面光滑的轴以及被冷却液复盖的轧辊表面这样的部位。
Frequently encountered problems are how to determine the surface temperature of rotating shafts and rolls. It has often proved impossible to place a temperature sensor in such a place or to experience some difficulties, especially when placed in an existing machine. In addition, there are still many problems in the transmission of temperature data of industrial machinery rotating machine parts. For this reason, radiation pyrometers have been tried on many occasions for non-contact temperature measurement to solve such measurement problems. However, this method also has some insurmountable difficulties, especially in the smooth surface of the shaft and the surface of the roll covered by the cooling liquid such parts.
