目的:通过分析资料掌握镇海区恶性肿瘤的死亡情况和减寿情况。方法:分析2009年《浙江省慢性病监测信息管理系统》中恶性肿瘤死亡卡片,与前两年监测结果相比较。结果:恶性肿瘤的总死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,其中以肺癌、肝癌和乳腺癌上升更为明显;潜在寿命损失呈逐年上升的趋势;去死因期望寿命变化不大。结论:镇海区恶性肿瘤是最主要的死亡原因,其综合防治工作形势严峻。
Objective: To analyze the data to grasp the death of malignant tumor in Zhenhai district and the situation of longevity. Methods: To analyze the death card of malignant tumor in “2009 Zhejiang Province Chronic Disease Surveillance Information Management System”, compared with the monitoring result of the previous two years. Results: The overall mortality rate of malignant tumors showed an upward trend year by year, of which lung cancer, liver cancer and breast cancer increased more obviously; potential life loss showed a rising trend year by year; and life expectancy did not change much. Conclusion: The most important cause of death is malignant tumor in Zhenhai district, and the situation of comprehensive prevention and treatment is serious.
