针对我国目前的情况，认为电力工程造价的控制应从以下几方面入手：深化各项体制改革；分阶段地明确控制造价的目标；以设计阶段为重点；抓好技经工作；切实推行项目法人制；加强资金管理；完善电价机制。
In view of the current situation in China, it is believed that the control of power project cost should start from the following aspects: deepen the reform of various systems; clearly define the target of cost control in stages; focus on the design stage; do a good job in technology and economics; and effectively implement the project legal system Strengthen capital management; improve electricity pricing mechanism.
