：
舆论环境治理是意识形态安全领域的关键问题,是对党和国家在意识形态安全领域战略部署的现实回应,也是经济社会转型时期社会治理的实际举措.当前我国意识形态安全理论就复杂的社会实践而言具有相对独立性,多元观念同马克思主义的博弈客观存在,西方话语强权对我进行渗透侵袭,是治理泛在网络社会舆论环境必须科学把握的现实背景.优化新时代舆论环境,应当加强网络意识形态安全建设,创新融合网络媒体,建立健全舆论法律制度,统筹多元主体密切协作,构建天朗气清、普惠受众的网络空间.
