在京广线242#桥基采用高压喷射水泥土桩进行地基托换的实践中,达到了在运营干线桥基托换中不要点、不慢行、不中断行车,桥上列车正常安全运行,桥下按计划进行地基托换的目的。在当前铁路“重载、提速”的新要求下,为同类桥梁墩、台的托换工作积累了经验,可供其他工程参考。本文介绍了该工程的设计意图、设计参数的选择、设计与计算过程。
In the practice of subgrade underpinning of 242 # foundation of Beijing-Guangzhou line by using high-pressure jetting cement-soil piles, it achieves the point that no points are required in the underpinning of the operation trunk line, the vehicle is not slowed, the traffic is not interrupted, and the normal and safe operation of the train on the bridge is achieved. With the new requirements of the current railway “overloading and speeding up”, we have accumulated experience in underpinning work for similar bridge piers and platforms and can be used as reference for other projects. This article describes the design intent of the project, the choice of design parameters, design and calculation process.
