针对枣庄输油站的热负荷问题,对热媒炉尾部烟气、导热油比热容、燃料油、热媒炉热效率等进行现场测试,并根据SY/T6275-2007《油田生产系统节能监测规范》对热媒炉热效率进行评价。结果表明:导热油实际载热能力比设计能力下降22%,因此导致排烟温度上升,热效率下降。提出更换导热油、清理炉管受热面积灰、加强炉体外表面保温等措施,以提高拔头炉的热效率。
According to the heat load of Zaozhuang gas station, the field test was conducted on the flue gas, the specific heat capacity of thermal oil, the thermal efficiency of fuel oil and the thermal medium in the heat medium furnace.
