公司的价值创造过程由基础性活动和支持性活动两部分组成,连接研发、生产、销售及回收利用等各个环节,构成完整的价值增值链条。处于链条的不同阶段,产业创造的附加值不同。房地产业附加值不高,只涉及价值的分配,在国家崛起战略实施中,应加强整体设计。从六个方面提出了措施,以期解决城市化进程中的结构性矛盾,实现房价的合理回归,促进工业化、信息化产业升级和国家崛起战略的实现。
The Company’s value creation process consists of two parts, basic activities and supportive activities, connecting R & D, production, sales and recycling to form a complete value added value chain. At different stages of the chain, the added value created by the industry is different. The added value of real estate is not high, only involves the distribution of value. In the implementation of the strategy of national rise, the overall design should be strengthened. Measures are put forward in six aspects with a view to resolving the structural contradictions in the process of urbanization, realizing a reasonable return of house prices, and promoting the industrialization and upgrading of the informatization industry and the strategy of national rise.
