《备急千金要方》(以下简称“该书”)是现存最完整的初唐医书,汇集了孙思邈本人以及前代医药著作中的主要内容。从本书的内容可以窥知隋唐间中医药学的概貌,以及孙思邈的学术见解。对宋代以及后世的中医学术有重要影响。本文拟从中药剂型学角度,对该书中有关内容进行初步探讨。一、《备急千金要方》的剂型概貌以人民卫生出版社影印本的卷二至卷二十五内容进行统计分析,不计按摩、针灸、祝由等不用药的处方以外,共有处方4111方,不论名称按照实际的剂型,分属于二十多种剂型,参见附表(一方有数种剂型时,分别统计):
The “Prepare for Thousands of Precipitators” (hereinafter referred to as “the book”) is the most complete first-generation medical book in China, and it contains the main contents of Sun Simiao himself and his previous generation of medical works. From the contents of this book, you can find out the overview of traditional Chinese medicine in the Sui and Tang dynasties, as well as the academic insights of Sun Simiao. It has an important influence on the TCM academics in the Song and later generations. This article intends to discuss the contents of the book from the perspective of Chinese pharmaceuticals. 1. The dosage form overview of “Prepare for Thousand Gold for Precautions” was based on the statistical analysis of volume 2 to volume 25 of the photocopy of the People’s Health Publishing House. Excluding prescriptions for no drugs such as massage, acupuncture, and Zhuyou, there were 4111 prescriptions. Regardless of the name according to the actual dosage form, it belongs to more than twenty kinds of dosage forms, see attached table (when one side has several dosage forms, count separately):
