近年来,作者对长沙地区蔬菜主要害虫的病原微生物种类作了较详细的调查研究。蔬菜作物包括十字花科、茄科、豆科、葫芦科,旋花科等数十个品种;寄主昆虫有鳞翅目、半翅目、同翅目、鞘翅目,直翅目等30余种蔬菜主要害虫。现已分离、鉴定出真菌28种,细菌2种,线虫一种及一种簇虫,并对其中一些重要的种类作了培养性状和生物测验。现将初步结果简要报道如下。材料及方法分离材料采自菜园中各个时期不同虫态的自然罹病虫体。对罹病虫体的处理方法基本上与水稻毒虫病原微生物的相似,即将有病症的和没有病症的分开。对已长出菌原的虫尸先作镜检,而后,有病和没有病的虫尸分别以常规方法作表面灭菌后进行培养。其培养方法是将灭菌虫尸放入预先垫有双层滤纸经干热灭菌的培养皿内,再放入无菌湿棉球保
In recent years, the author made a detailed investigation on the pathogenic microorganisms of the major vegetable pests in Changsha.
