测定了超声辐射的清水,无超声辐射的清水及 NaCl10%~15%水溶液的冷却特性及7种钢在这些介质中的淬火效果。结果表明,清水中引入超声场后,其最高冷速提高500℃/s左右,特性温度提高40℃以上。超声场清水的最高冷速及特性温度虽与 NaCl10%~15%水溶液相比尚有较大差距,但其淬火效果(淬透性,硬度)显著优于清水,并达到或超过盐水的水平;淬火变形倾向,超声场清水与盐水相近似,显著小于清水。对超声场提高淬透性、淬硬件的作用机理亦作了探讨。
The cooling characteristics of ultrasonic radiation, water without ultrasonic radiation and NaCl10% ~ 15% aqueous solution and the quenching effect of seven kinds of steel in these media were measured. The results show that after the introduction of ultrasonic field in clean water, the maximum cooling rate increases about 500 ℃ / s, and the characteristic temperature increases more than 40 ℃. Although the maximum cooling rate and the characteristic temperature of ultrasonic field water still have a big gap compared with NaCl10% ~ 15% aqueous solution, the quenching effect (hardenability and hardness) is better than that of fresh water and reaches or exceeds the level of brine. Quenching deformation tendency, ultrasonic field water and brine similar, significantly less than water. On the ultrasonic field to improve the hardenability, the mechanism of the role of hardened hardware are also discussed.
