后进生是每个教学班都存在的问题,只要老师转化教育观念,关心爱护学生,指导学生树立正确的学习目的,调动学生的学习积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的创新意识,提高学生数学的思维能力,形成数学思想和方法,这样后进生也是会转化为优秀生的。本文就数学后进生存在的问题和数学教学中后进生的转化方法提出了自己的看法。
Admission is a problem that exists in every teaching class.
