为贯彻落实《关于开展支援经济不发达地区发展资金检查的通知》的精神,1993年6月至11月,历经6个月时间,全州有领导、有组织、有计划地对1990年到1992年的省批老区项目实施和资金使用情况进行了全面、深入、细致的检查和验收。一、主要收获(一)基本弄清了省批项目、资金和资金实拨到位情况。省开发办三年共批复计划内项目336个,资金1208万元,其中无偿资金769.6万元,周转金438.4万元。计划外项目14个,滚动周转金175万元。以上两种类型项目共350个,资金1383万元,其中无偿资金769.6万元,周转金613.4万元。省开发办三年实拨到州、县计划内资金共1165万元,其中无偿726.6万元,周转金438.4万元。尚有43万元无偿项目资金未下拨。未下拨原因,一是“三项”康复项目资金10万元,省开发办拨至省残联,省残联未下拨到州,二是截至1993年11月底检查统计,1992
