在《劳动合同法》倍受争议和广泛关注的背景下,由对“事后”处理与调节方式的关注转向企业“事前”的行为规范研究显得非常紧迫。本文从合规的角度,探索性开展企业劳动关系合规研究。Z公司案例研究发现:企业创业者家长式领导风格在企业劳动关系合规过程中具有核心的作用;企业劳动关系合规只有通过创新才能突破成本约束;企业劳动关系合规行为是由制度环境选择的结果。
