在油田勘探开发的过程中,井下作业能够保障油井正常的经营。但是往往会由于一些因素,造成井下事故的发生,比如不出油或出油不正常等。使得油井停止作业,大大降低了油田的生产效率。对于井下大修作业来说,难度系数较高,对施工的要求较高并易发生油井下事故。通常状况下,在井下会发生技术事故,井下卡钻事故,井下落物事故。对于事故的后期处理需要较为先进的技术,先进的机械以及高技术人才等。随着现代井下作业的大修技术不断发展,大修机械和技术也正不断的完善。本文主要论述了油田勘探开发过程中现代井下作业的大修技术。
In the process of oilfield exploration and development, underground operations can ensure the normal operation of oil wells. But often due to some factors, resulting in the occurrence of underground accidents, such as no oil or oil is not normal and so on. Oil wells stop working, greatly reducing the production efficiency of the oil field. For underground overhaul operations, the higher the degree of difficulty, the higher the construction requirements and prone to underground accidents. Under normal circumstances, there will be a technical accident downhole, underground pipe stuck accidents, downhole accident. For the post-accident treatment requires more advanced technology, advanced machinery and high-tech talent. With the continuous development of the overhaul technology in modern underground operations, overhaul machinery and technology are constantly being improved. This article mainly expounds the overhaul technology of modern underground operation in oilfield exploration and development.
