本研究探索了金针菇多糖是否具有延缓骨骼肌疲劳的作用.使用连续电刺激蟾蜍腓肠肌作为疲劳模型,比较金针菇多糖溶液和任氏液对蟾蜍腓肠肌疲劳的作用.研究显示,金针菇多糖在浓度分别为0.01mg/mL、0.04mg/mL和0.1mg/mL时,离体腓肠肌收缩幅度下降达到最大收缩幅度的90%、50%和10%的时间明显长于在任氏液作用下的离体腓肠肌(P<0.01),并且三种浓度的多糖溶液延缓骨骼肌疲劳的作用具有剂量依赖性的趋势;0.04mg/mL的金针菇多糖溶液也极显著地延长了在体腓肠肌收缩幅度下降达到最大收缩幅度90%、50%和10%的时间(P<0.01).上述结果表明,金针菇多糖溶液具有延缓骨骼肌疲劳的作用.
