目的测定不同厂家活血止痛片中阿魏酸的含量,以考察其质量差异。方法采用HPLC法,Hypersil ODS-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸(80∶20);流速:1.0 m L/min;检测波长:320 nm;柱温:25℃。结果不同厂家活血止痛片中阿魏酸含量分别为:0.131、0.339、0.269 mg/g。结论不同厂家活血止痛片中阿魏酸含量存在较大差异。
Objective To determine the content of ferulic acid in Huoxue Zhitong Tablet from different manufacturers to investigate the quality difference. Methods The mobile phase was Hypersil ODS-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid (80:20), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 320 nm Column temperature: 25 ℃. Results Ferulic acid content of Huoxue Zhitong Tablet in different manufacturers were 0.131,0.339,0.269 mg / g respectively. Conclusion Ferulic acid content of Huoxuezhitong Tablet in different manufacturers is quite different.
