吸入一氧化氮(NO)能改善ARDS患者的动脉血氧含量。NO吸入还能损害中性白细胞(PMN)的功能,在ARDS肺损伤的病理生理机制中有重要的意义。NO对人类肺泡PMN功能的影响还未见报道。为此,作者研究了吸入NO 4天对肺内PMNs产生H_2O_2和对PMNs上CD11b/CD18粘附分子表达的影响,以及支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)液中细胞因子TNFa、IL-6和IL-8含量的变化。
Inhaled nitric oxide (NO) improves ARS in patients with ARDS. NO inhalation can also damage the function of neutrophils (PMN), which is of great significance in the pathophysiology of ARDS lung injury. The effect of NO on the function of human alveolar PMN has not been reported yet. To do this, we investigated the effect of NO 4 inhalation on the production of H 2 O 2 in PMNs and on the expression of CD11b / CD18 on PMNs by inhalation of NO 4, as well as on the expression of cytokines TNFa, IL-6 and IL-6 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BAL) 8 content changes.
