美国 1 塑料用途的回顾、现状与展望 40年前,玻璃纤维的使用成为材料技术上的一次革命。1950年,聚酷树脂和其它合成纤维初次被选用,至60年代发现由于其粘结性能较差,往往在承受激烈的冲击力后会形成内部分层甚至完全破坏,因而其用途受到限制。经过实验室和现场试验,已发展了一种聚酯纤维。它具有很好的粘结力,比玻璃纤维的抗冲击和弯曲强度高,柔软,不易破碎,比玻璃纤维轻30%,对节能有很大潜力。
The United States 1 Review of Plastics Use, Status Quo, and Outlook 40 years ago, the use of glass fibers became a revolution in materials technology. In 1950, polythermoid resin and other synthetic fibers were first selected, and in the 1960s it was found that their use was limited due to their poor adhesive properties, which often resulted in internal stratification or even complete destruction when subjected to intense impact forces. After laboratory and field tests, a polyester fiber has been developed. It has good adhesion, higher impact resistance and bending strength than glass fiber, soft, not broken, 30% lighter than glass fiber, and has great potential for energy saving.
