马颊河自1972年治理后,30多年来未进行过全线高标准治理,河道淤积严重,干流堤防残缺不全,豁口纷呈,现有桥涵闸等建筑物建设标准较低,年久失修,超龄服役,老化破损严重。为改善马颊河流域内防洪除涝条件,保护流域内城镇及农田的防洪除涝安全,结合工程实际,确定科学可行的工程治理方案及措施。通过对马颊河干流河道、堤防及沿线建筑物进行配套建设,达到提高河道防洪、除涝标准,保障流域内工农业生产增产、增收的目的。
