为探讨伞兵军事跳伞伤的致伤规律 ,对某空降兵部队近 2 0年中跳伞外伤致关节脱位 436例进行了流行病学调查分析。结果显示 :脱位主要构成比由高到低依次为踝关节、肘关节、肩关节。不同人员、技能、时期及原因跳伞致脱位的部位和伤情特点也各不相同。新兵跳伞时及着陆时损伤居首位 ,着陆致伤以下肢关节脱位为主 ,开伞致伤以上肢关节脱位为主 ,骨折并发率以踝关节脱位最高。致伤原因主要是跳伞技术动作要领掌握不好及地面条件欠完善。预防和控制跳伞伤的根本措施在于加强地面训练和改善跳伞环境。
In order to explore the injury law of paratroopers parachuting injury, epidemiological investigation was conducted on 436 cases of parachute dislocation caused by parachute injury in a certain paratrooper force in recent 20 years. The results showed that the main components of dislocation were ankle, elbow and shoulder joint from high to low. Different personnel, skills, time and reason parachute dislocation of the site and the injury characteristics are also different. When recruits parachuting and landing injury first place, landing injury to the lower limb joint dislocation-based, parachute injury to the upper limb dislocation-based, fracture concurrency rate to the highest ankle dislocation. The main cause of injury is skydiving techniques and bad grasp of the essentials of the ground conditions are not perfect. The fundamental measure to prevent and control parachuting injuries is to strengthen ground training and improve the parachuting environment.
