[目的]观察氟化泡沫预防儿童乳牙龋病的效果,为有效开展儿童龋病防治提供依据。[方法]分层随机抽取丽水市的4所幼儿园小班335名儿童为实验组,每年2次应用1.23%氟化泡沫。另抽取4所幼儿园小班268名儿童为对照组,未采取任何干预措施。随访3年,观察两组儿童龋病检出情况、平均患龋均情况,评价防龋效果。[结果]两组儿童的龋病检出率随年龄的增长而增加,对照组3年后增加了34.05%,实验组增加了22.19%。实验组、对照组儿童的龋病检出率分别为55.62%、66.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组3年后平均龋均为3.4±4.38,对照组为4.7±4.80,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]1.23%氟化泡沫能有效预防儿童乳牙龋病的发生,值得在幼儿园中推广应用。
[Objective] To observe the effect of fluorinated foam on prevention of deciduous teeth decay in children and provide the basis for effective prevention and treatment of dental caries in children. [Method] A total of 335 children from 4 kindergartens in Lishui City were stratified and randomly divided into experimental group and 1.23% fluorinated foam was applied twice a year. In addition, 268 children in 4 kindergartens were selected as the control group without any intervention. After 3 years of follow-up, the incidence of caries in both groups was observed, and the average caries status was evaluated to evaluate the effect of caries prevention. [Results] The detection rate of caries in two groups of children increased with the increase of age, the control group increased 34.05% after 3 years and the experimental group increased by 22.19%. The detection rate of dental caries in experimental group and control group was 55.62% and 66.51% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The average caries in the experimental group after 3 years was 3.4 ± 4.38 and in the control group was 4.7 ± 4.80, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] 1.23% fluorinated foam can effectively prevent the occurrence of deciduous dental caries in children and is worth popularizing and applying in kindergarten.
