使用染色法测试了丁苯胶乳、氯偏胶乳和氯丁胶乳改性水泥砂浆在浸泡条件下的氯离子渗透深度。结果发现,对丁苯胶乳,随聚灰比增加,氯离子渗透深度减小;而对氯偏胶乳和氯丁胶乳,渗透深度随聚灰比增加先减小而后又增大。通过电压加速的扩散室测试计算并且比较了试样的氯离子扩散系数,聚灰比为(5 ~10) % 的氯偏胶乳砂浆试样有最小的氯离子扩散系数及最小的氯离子渗透深度。聚合物改性水泥砂浆的流动度则随氯丁胶乳、丁苯胶乳的增加而提高,但随氯偏胶乳的增加而降低;抗压强度随聚合物掺量的增加而降低,抗折强度随掺量的增加而提高
The penetration depth of chloride ion of styrene-butadiene latex, chlorinated latex and neoprene modified mortar under immersion condition was tested by dyeing method. The results showed that with the increase of poly-ash ratio, the penetration depth of chloride ion decreased with the increase of poly-ash ratio, while the penetration depth of chlorinated latex and neoprene latex decreased first and then increased with the increase of poly-ash ratio. The chloride ion diffusion coefficient of the sample was calculated and compared by the voltage accelerated diffusion chamber test.
