湖南省花垣锰矿富锰降磷采样工作,根据长沙黑色冶金矿山设计研究院设计,分别采取南、北矿段两个矿样,1986年11月17日通过设计审查,至1988年11月,历时两年,在设计、研究、生产部门密切配合下,采出南段样126t,锰品位18.41%,较设计品位18.34%超差0.07%≤±1%,磷品位0.2%,较设计磷品位0.181%超差0.019%<±0.02%,1987年9月已运到各试验单位;采出北段样53(?),锰品位18.25%,较设计品位18.48%超差0.023%<±1%,磷品位0.282%,较设计磷品位0.286%超差0.004%<±0.02%,此样也已运至各试验单位。根
