随着信息技术发展,人事档案管理出现信息化的趋势。在新形势下,需要将纸质档案逐步转变为电子化文档,并共享档案资源,提高档案资源的利用率,进一步挖掘档案资源的价值。为此,需要对人事档案进行信息化管理,本文首先阐述人事档案管理信息化建设的意义,然后分析人事档案管理信息化建设存在的问题,最后提出具体措施,为人事档案信息化建设提供参考依据。
With the development of information technology, the personnel archives management has the trend of informationization. Under the new situation, the paper files need to be gradually transformed into electronic documents, and the file resources are shared, the utilization rate of file resources is increased, and the value of file resources is further tapped. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the information management of the personnel files. This article firstly elaborates the significance of the information construction of the personnel files management, and then analyzes the existing problems in the informatization construction of the personnel files. Finally, it puts forward specific measures to provide a reference for the construction of the personnel files informationization .
