目的研究天南星科石柑子[Pothos chinensis(Raf.)Merr.]全草的脂溶性化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、半制备HPLC等色谱技术和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱学方法与化合物的理化性质及文献对照鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了17个化合物,分别为和厚朴酚(1)、扁柏脂素(2)、24-丙基胆甾-7,22-二烯-3-醇(3)、24-丙基胆甾-7-烯-3-醇(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、正三十一烷(7)、棕榈酸(8)、油酸(9)、亚油酸(10)、α-亚麻酸(11)、13-苯基十三烷酸(12)、13-(3’,4’-亚甲二氧基苯基)-十三烷酸(13)、单硬脂酸甘油酯(14)、1-棕榈酸单甘油酯(15)、苯甲酸(16)和香草酸(17)。结论化合物1~16均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the fat-soluble chemical constituents of Pothos chinensis (Raf.) Merr. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, semi-preparative HPLC and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods and the physical and chemical properties of the compounds and literature references. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified as honokiol (1), seluctrel (2), 24-propylcholast-7,22-dien-3-ol (4), β-sitosterol (5), daucosterol (6), n-triacontane (7), palmitic acid (8), oleic acid Linoleic acid (10), α-linolenic acid (11), 13-phenyltridecanoic acid (12), 13- (3 ’, 4’-methylenedioxyphenyl) -tridecanoic acid 13), glyceryl monostearate (14), monoglyceride 1-palmitate (15), benzoic acid (16) and vanillic acid (17). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 16 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
