本文报导了以浮游动物和浮游动物加配合饲料饲养大口黑鲈Micropterussalmoides鱼苗的研究结果。大口黑鲈鱼苗开口摄食轮虫类和无节幼体,其后依次为枝角类和桡足幼体,枝角类和桡足类成体,对食物具有明显的阶段性和选择性。投喂浮游动物加配合饲料组的生长优于浮游动物组。体长和体重日平均增长分别为1.3mm、1.23mm和24.69mg、20.35mg,t检验差异显著。其成活率分别为64.4%和51.5%,二者相差12.9%。可见浮游动物加配合饲料对促进大口黑鲈鱼苗生长和提高成活率都有明显效果。
This paper reports the results of studies of feeding largemouth bass Micropterussalmoides fry with zooplankton and zooplankton plus compound diets. Largemouth bass fry feeding on rotifers and nauplii, followed by the order cladra and copepod larvae, cladocera and copepods adults, the food has obvious stage and selectivity. The growth of zooplankton plus compound feed group was better than that of zooplankton group. Body length and weight average daily growth were 1.3mm, 1.23mm and 24.69mg, 20.35mg, t test significant difference. Their survival rates were 64.4% and 51.5%, respectively, a difference of 12.9%.
