本文介绍一种经济的铝合金在线除气装置的研究、结构和试验工作.给出了处理1100、2000、3000、5000、6000、7000系合金稳定的试验结果.这种装置可以使用纯氩或氩一氯作为净化气体.用氩一氯混合气体处理2000、3000、5000、7000系合金时,典型结果为氢含量由0.30毫升/100克降到0.05毫升/100克;用纯氩气处理1100、6000系合金时,氢含量从0.30毫升/100克降到0.10毫升/100克.以上结果都是在仅使用单个转子情况下取得的,并且气体与铝液接触时间为2.5~4分钟就已够用.文中还给出了工厂的使用经验.该装置处理铝液设计的流量可达30吨/小时.
This paper introduces the research, structure and experimental work of an economical aluminum alloy in-line degassing device, and gives the experimental results for the stability of alloys 1100, 2000, 3000, 5000, 6000 and 7000. This device can use pure argon or Argon and chlorine as a purge gas with argon-chlorine mixture of 2000,3000,5000,7000 system alloy, the typical result for the hydrogen content from 0.30 ml / 100 g down to 0.05 ml / 100 g; treated with pure argon 1100 , 6000 alloy, the hydrogen content decreased from 0.30 ml / 100 g to 0.10 ml / 100 g.The above results were obtained using only a single rotor and the contact time of the gas with the aluminum liquid was 2.5 to 4 minutes The paper also shows the factory’s experience in using the unit to handle up to 30 t / h of liquid aluminum.
