龙胆泻肝汤为常用的中医经典方剂,用于肝胆实火和肝经湿热下注的五十多种疾病,均有较好疗效。为了探求清热实质,我们将该方制成800％龙胆泻肝汤注射液进行动物实验,结果表明该方具有以下多种作用: ①心血管方面:龙胆泻肝汤能增加兔耳血管灌流量(P<0.5);使大白鼠心率减慢,心肌收缩力先弱而后增强,提示药物对改善血液循环及组织的血氧供应有一定作用(对麻醉猫有一过性降压反应)。②抗炎方(?)能抑制醋酸引起小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透
