研究了氯乙酸介质中,在 Tween80与溴化十八烷基吡啶混合表面活性剂存在下,锗与溴邻苯三酚红的高灵敏显色反应。反应的适宜酸度为 pH2.53~2.77。络合物的最大吸收在527nm.表观摩尔吸光系数1.01×10~(?)l.mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。锗量在10~80ng/ml 遵守比耳定津.将诸萃取分离后再测定铅锌人工合成样中的微量锗,结果满意。
The high sensitive color reaction between germanium and bromopyrogallol red was studied in the presence of a mixed surfactant of Tween80 and octadecylpyridinium bromide in chloroacetic acid medium. The suitable acidity of the reaction is pH 2.53 ~ 2.77. The maximum absorption of the complex was at 527 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.01 × 10 ~ (?) L.mol -1 (cm -1). The content of germanium is in the range of 10 ~ 80ng / ml, and the results of the determination of trace germanium in the lead-zinc synthetic sample after the extraction and separation are satisfactory.
