细胞自噬是真核细胞程序性死亡的形式之一,广泛存在于包括肿瘤在内的多种病理生理过程中。细胞自噬是一降解系统,可清除细胞内物质,其降解物质供细胞重复利用,对饥饿状态下氨基酸池的维持起着非常重要的作用。口腔鳞状细胞癌与细胞自噬间存在着密切的关系,本文就细胞自噬的分类和功能以及调控机制,细胞自噬的相关基因和蛋白,细胞自噬的诱发因素,细胞自噬与口腔鳞状细胞癌间的关系,细胞自噬与其他肿瘤间的关系等研究进展作一综述。
Cell autophagy is one of the forms of eukaryotic programmed cell death, which is widely found in many pathophysiological processes including tumors. Autophagy is a biodegradable system that clears intracellular material, which degrades material for cell reutilization and plays an important role in the maintenance of amino acid pools in starvation. Oral squamous cell carcinoma and cell autophagy are closely related to each other. In this paper, the classification and function of autophagy and its regulatory mechanism, the related genes and proteins of autophagy, the inducing factors of autophagy, autophagy and oral cavity Squamous cell carcinoma, the relationship between autophagy and other tumors and so on.
