研究了环孢霉素A(CsA)、环磷酰胺(CTX)及甲基强的松龙(MP)对大鼠单个核细胞(MNL)雄激素体(AR)及雌激素受体(ER)的影响,结果表明:静注CsA20mg/kg,ER明显降低,3h作用这高峰,持续低水平达8h;而AR无明显影响.静注CsA100mg/kg用CTX和MP使AR、ER均明显降低,而CTX和MP使ER降低,也使AR降低,故CsA免疫抑制作用优于CTX和MR。p<0.01二、CsA作用剂量──效应关系根据CsA大鼠实验的无效浓度(<10mg/kg),有效浓度(20mg/kg),急性肾毒浓度(50mg/kg)和更高浓度(100mg/kg)分为4组,4组5次实验结果见表2。表2不同浓度CsA对MNL的ER和AR影响注:与对照用比,*p<0.05,p<0.01从表2可见,5mg时对ER和AR无影响;20mg时使ER降低50%左右,与对照组差异非常显著(p<0.01);50和100mg时降低更明显;20mg时AR轻度降低,但与对照组差异不显著(p>0.05)。50和100mg时AR则明显降低。三、不同免疫抑制剂对ER和AR的影响CsA、CIX、MP及三药联合组5次实验结果见表3。从表3可见,用C?
