目的对武汉血液中心进行采血能力的评估,找到影响采血效率的因素,为中心制定“十三五”规划提供依据。方法通过Pearson相关分析找出与采血量之间存在直线相关的指标,用弹性系数计算公式找到与采血量高度相关的指标。通过公式计算出理论采血数,对比理论数与实际数之间的差距,找到需要重点投入的指标。结果职工总数、卫生技术人员人数、采血岗位人数、宣传招募工作人员、纪念品经费、献血点数量及固定献血人数这七个指标与采血量高度相关(P均<0.05)。职工总数、卫生技术人员总数、采血岗位职工总数及固定献血点数量这四个指标对于采血量有较好的弹性(Ed分别为2.44、4.05、1.82、1.13均>1)。从宣传招募和固定献血者队伍建设、人力资源方面公式计算出的理论采血量与实际采血量间差异无统计学意义(t=0.144,t=-1.570);献血设施和献血点方面公式计算出的理论采血量与实际采血量间差异有统计学意义(t=-2.261)。结论以本中心现有的人力、财力、物力理论上很难满足年采血量80吨的血液供应。要在现有基础上尽量保证本地区充足的血液供应,除挖掘自身最大潜能外,还需要政府的高度重视和全社会的支持。
Objective To evaluate the blood sampling ability of Wuhan Blood Center and find out the factors that affect the blood sampling efficiency and provide the basis for the establishment of “13th Five-Year Plan”. Methods Pearson correlation analysis was used to find out the linear correlation between blood volume and the amount of blood collected, and the formula of elasticity coefficient was used to find the index which was highly correlated with blood volume. By formula to calculate the theoretical number of blood collection, the number of theoretical and practical comparison of the gap between the need to find the key inputs. Results The total number of employees, number of health technicians, number of blood taking post, publicity recruiting staff, souvenir funds, the number of blood donation points and the number of fixed blood donors were all significantly correlated with blood volume (all P <0.05). The total number of employees, the total number of health technicians, the total number of workers blood collection positions and the number of fixed blood donors these four indicators of the amount of blood collection has good flexibility (Ed were 2.44,4.05,1.82,1.13 were> 1). There was no significant difference between theoretical blood volume and actual blood volume (t = 0.144, t = -1.570) calculated from the publicity and recruitment and fixed blood donor team construction, human resources formula; blood donation facilities and blood donation point formula The difference between the theoretical blood volume and the actual blood volume was statistically significant (t = -2.261). Conclusion The existing manpower, financial resources and material resources of the Center are difficult to meet the theoretical blood supply of 80 tons of blood per year. In order to ensure adequate supply of blood in this area on the existing basis, we must also attach great importance to the government and support from the whole society in addition to tapping its own maximum potential.
