用激光蒸发固体样品的方法产生了各种铁硫原子簇离子Fe_nS_m~+(n=1-13,m=1—13),并且用串级飞行时间质谱仪研究了这些团簇离子的紫外激光解离规律.实验发现,所有组成为m=n,m=n-1与m=n+5的离子均具有较大的丰度,表明它们具有较好的稳定性.各种Fe_nS_m~+离子的紫外光解结果显示出,当n<n)离子的结构为在Fe_nS_n~+核心外围再键合上其他的S 原子.
Various types of iron-sulfur cluster ions Fe_nS_m ~ + (n = 1-13, m = 1-13) were generated by laser evaporation of solid samples. The ultraviolet laser of these cluster ions was also studied by tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometry The results show that all the ions with the composition of m = n, m = n-1 and m = n + 5 have a large abundance, indicating that they have good stability .All kinds of Fe_nS_m ~ + ions The UV photolysis results show that when n << m, the main loss of S atoms until n ≈ m, and when n ≈ m, the main product is the number of Fe and S atoms close to smaller cluster ions. The experimental results show that the structure of Fe_nS_n ~ + ions is similar to the core of Fe_nS_n cluster in iron-sulfur protein, while the structure of Fe_nSm ~ + (m> n) ions is re-bonding on the periphery of Fe_nS_n ~ + core S atoms.
